We have established a state of the art high-tech manufacturing set-up which is being handled by a team of highly skilled work force under the able guidance of a team of Technical Experts with proven track records. It's been our endeavor since our inception to deliver high quality products. We have been continually improving upon our processes and the procedures to keep pace with the changing and ever advancing technology.
    We believe in Total Customer Satisfaction through a customer centric approach to the stated and implied needs of the customer. Awareness and importance of Quality for the internal and external customer has been inculcated in our work force. This has resulted in our firm being awarded with the accreditation for ISO: 9001-2015.


    QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM



    Assurance of Quality is the first step towards achieving Customer Satisfaction. In its endeavour to attain and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction and Zero Defect Pioneer has incorporated Quality System based in consonance with the requirements laid down in ISO 9001. We have a multi-tier documented quality system. The various tiers of our Quality System are:

    1. QUALITY POLICY

    Quality Policy is the statement of the management with respect to its commitment to quality of the system and product.


  • 2. QUALITY OBJECTIVES

    Quality Objectives are measurable targets set by the management to achieve Zero Defect while adhering to the Quality Policy


  • 3. QUALITY MANUAL

    It describes the Quality Policy of the company in detail and defines how the various processes are to be followed in the organization to achieve the goals set in the Quality Policy and Objectives.


  • 4. PROCEDURE MANUAL

    The manual describes how each process is to be done to achieve the results and parameters laid down in the Policy, Objectives and Quality Manual.


  • 5. QUALITY PLAN

    This defines the product specification, scheme of testing and Inspection of the product to demonstrate the products conformity to Customers' requirements.


  • 6. WORK INSTRUCTIONS

    Work Instructions define the methodology of working and precautions to be followed.


  • 7. FORMATS

    Formats are forms that need to be filled by the respective departments and process operators to record the work done by them is as per the specified requirements.


  • 8. PLANT STANDARDS

    Plant Standards are quality parameters laid down by the company to ensure consistent quality and conformity to product specification.


  • 9. NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

    Pioneer uses various National and International Standards to meet the product quality and conformance requirement.


  • 10. CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS

    Several Customers provide their own specifications for Tailor made or specific cables that they need to be made to them specific requirement.

    To further ensure product conformance and quality consistency regular up gradation of knowledge and skill is provided to workers in the form of on the job training to enhance their level of knowledge and competency. All manufacturing and testing equipment are periodically calibrated and records are maintained. In a nutshell we can put our quality system as:
